4566 Broadway

The 4566 Broadway project is one of many engagements that Smith & Henzy currently has with developers seeking variance from the New York Board of Standards and Appeals (“BSA”) and change zone requests from the New York City Department of City Planning (“DCP”).   Smith & Henzy is providing services to the Client including advising on the affordability requirements of the New York City Mandatory Inclusionary Housing Program (“MIH”) and the feasibility of developing the project under one of the City’s affordable housing finance programs.  The 4566 Broadway project includes the development of 170 apartments.
