Garden Walk Apartments

S & H is working with Tacolcy to preserve an existing 228 affordable housing project.  The firm has developed a plan to purchase the current tax credit investor’s limited partnership interest, restructure the existing subordinate debt and refinance the existing project using a tax exempt bond execution with low income housing tax credits.  S & H also submitted and was awarded a Miami-Dade County HOME loan in the amount of $1.25 million. It is anticipated that the new financing will allow Tacolcy to complete a $6.8 million renovation.
