Hialeah Towers is the revitalization of two existing senior apartment buildings, Robert Forcum Towers and Samari Towers. Each building was substantially renovated, and all 252-unit interiors were upgraded with new appliances and finishes. The 252 one-bedroom units are affordable to households with annual incomes at or below 60% of AMI. The renovation was efficiently completed in 2019 and residents now enjoy the excellent living conditions and amenities.
